The Mayfield Plot J is a new residential development in Manchester that will deliver 385 homes seamlessly integrated into the expanded Mayfield Park. A key feature of the design is a glass house that acts as a semi-transitory space. This space provides a direct visual connection to the park and creates a sense of openness for residents and visitors.
Our role is to support the Design Team to touch base with potentials and limitations of the intended design performance for the glass house.
